Processing Time, Shipping, Returns, and Repairs 

Processing Time

Rings are always made to order due to individual sizing. Other pieces are either made to order or in small batches. On average, please allow 5-10 business days for your item to be made and get ready to be shipped. 

If you must get your piece sooner (we have all been there!), please contact me before ordering. I will be happy to work with you and let you know upfront if it is possible to expedite your order to get it to you on time.  And it could also be one of those lucky items in that small batch that can be shipped right away.

 

Once your order is received, you will get the email updates with fulfillment timeline and tracking information when the shipment is on the way.

Shipping Policy

There is no additional cost for shipments inside the US. All items are shipped via insured USPS Registered/Priority mail or Fedex, with adult signature required upon delivery.

International shipment costs vary by country and are calculated at the checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and for conducting inquiries connected with customs delays, should such situation arise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Acquiring wearables online can be tricky. We never truly know how something suits us until we try it on. I gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-custom ordered unworn items. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery to arrange for return label and refund or exchange. The item must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of delivery date to receive an exchange or a refund.  

Special order custom made items are not eligible for return.

Repairs

In the event of breakage (it is highly unlikely but hey, sometimes things happen!) please contact me and let me know the details. In most cases I will either replace or repair the item at no cost to you. However, if the damage clearly occurred due to mishandling of a piece, additional costs will apply.
